As you can see, the median price for all residential property types (at least at the category level, this doesn’t break down the different trends for condos, TICs and lofts separately) is up for the past six months. Strongest increase is in the single-family category, smallest increase in 2-4 unit buildings.
Days on Market (DOM) – which I recently heard an agent joke meant “Decades on Market” – is also either steady or down, with condos/tics/lofts in particular selling more quickly.
