Zephyr launched an updated version of their (our) website a few weeks back, and in addition to looking great it has some really slick features that make it a great tool to have in your property search toolbox. Registered users can search the entire MLS (including those listings that listing agents haven’t made available via IDX), save their favorites, track favorites through the escrow process, receive email alerts when new properties match their search criteria, and easily request a showing and/or share listings with friends, family, and facebook friends!
