Matt and Britton were fantastic in guiding us through the whole process of buying a condo. We feel very lucky that they were our agents. Being new to San Francisco and the real estate market here, they did a great job orienting us, including accompanying us to lots of open houses. Once we found the place we wanted, they made the whole complicated process go smoothly: making the offer, getting the inspections, writing the disclosures, and finally the closing.
