We are in the process of rolling out some awesome changes to our find your home search tools here at jacksonfuller.com. Matt has been working rather diligently and painfully with the local board (owners of the San Francisco MLS) as well as the vendor that we wanted to use to power our property searches. It has been a long and kafka-esque process, the details of which I will spare you, but the great news is that yesterday (April Fool’s Day, no less) the tools finally went live on our website.
We are still in the process of tweaking and optimizing them, so if you encounter any strange behaviors please let us know.
One of the highlights is that you can now search for properties using a very intuitive map.
The somewhat arbitrary neighborhood MLS sub-districts are a thing of the past, as you can now just drag, scroll and zoom to your heart’s content to find properties in a particular area that are of interest to you. In addition, you can save your searches, as well as any properties that are of particular interest to you, as well as get email updates on new matches to your search criteria.
We know that there are a ton of search tools out there for finding a home in San Francisco, and we are happy to be able to bring you some of the most advanced tools available. We hope you’ll take a moment to check out the new home search options, and give us your feedback about what works, what doesn’t work, what you like, and what you’d like us to change.
So please help us out and spread the word to all your friends, co-workers, and loved ones. We always appreciate word-of-mouth support, and we hope these new search options make our site more valuable and useful to you.
