Potrero Hill August 2011 Market Update

How’s the market in Potrero Hill? It’s a question I get a lot these days, and not just about Potrero, but about every neighborhood in San Francisco. As you can see from the snapshot below, Potrero Hill continues to be an active real estate market. There are plenty of homes on the market, giving buyers plenty of choice… with prices starting for TICs at $339,000 and going all the way up to remodeled homes that are listing for over $1,000,000.
