How can I possibly express the degree to which I appreciate and respect Matt Fuller and Britton Jackson (or Britton Jackson and Matt Fuller – they are interchangeable and joined at the hip)? I have fretted for weeks over how to say, in the most convincing and sincere way, the amazement I hold for these two extraordinary agents. Let me start with the facts. I had just three weeks to find a piece of property to fulfill my requirement on a “1031 exchange.” Were I to fail that, of course, I would loose my hard earned investment to high taxes. My preciously good mortgage broker (whose name I could also provide upon request) delicately told me to get off my backside and call Britton/Matt. I did just that. It was a Friday. We meet the following Monday. They identified a property that afternoon. It was amazingly perfect but…..the bid was due the next day. “No matter,” they said. We put the bid together (with my preciously good mortgage broker) on a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm. They delivered the bid at 4pm and by 5:30pm they called to say it was mine! “Egad, “I said, “Fantastic!” ” But wait….I have no renter.” “Fear not,” they said, “we’ll put out an all points bulletin.” They did. Within one week after closing I had THE PERFECT renter. Neat, clean, responsible, makes repairs, prompt with rent.

What can I say? I love Matt/Britton and Britton/Matt. I am indebted to them for going above and beyond what one could ask of any agent. They were efficient, communicative throughout, effective, professional and personable. I felt they were simply the best agents I have ever known. FIVE STARS PLUS.

Before we met Britton and Matt, we had looked for a house on our own for months, going to open houses and checking web sites. The first thing we noticed about working with them was access to properties before they were available for viewing by the general public. More importantly in our case, once we found a place we wanted, Britton and Matt helped us structure our offer so that it was more solid from the seller’s perspective than a similarly high bid from someone else. Without their advice, we don’t know that we would have gotten our house. They helped us find a mortgage broker who got us a terrific rate and who could deliver final approval exceptionally quickly. This made our contract all that much stronger from the seller’s perspective not to mention saving us thousands of dollars in interest over the life of the loan. After our offer was accepted, they guided us through the escrow process, a very helpful service for a couple from the East Coast where the sale process is entirely different, and they lined up excellent inspectors willing to meet a tight contingency schedule. To top it all off, Matt, Britton, the mortgage broker, and the other people Matt and Britton recommended were all exceptionally pleasant to work with. Buyers can’t go wrong getting Britton and Matt to help them.

Britton and Matt listened to us, found the kind of deal we were seeking, and took much of the pain out of the process. We are delighted with the properties they helped us to obtain.

Jackson-Fuller protected us from several unscrupulous sellers and did the extra work to lead us to a successful purchase in the neighborhood we wanted.
