The Cole Valley – Parnassus Heights area is a sweet little spot of San Francisco tucked in the shadow of Mt. Sutro. There’s a lot to love about living in Cole Valley or Parnassus Heights.

Every year the residents of Belvedere Street go all out, blocking off their street and turning it into a collection of awesome decorated Halloween houses with plenty of ghosts and goblins handing out tricks and treats to children in costume. Its always a wonderful time to try and watch the neighbors outdo each other, and kids absolutely love it.

Parnassus Heights homes have a reputation for being larger and on a grander scale than Cole Valley homes, so if square footage is your primary objective, you will be well-served to consider Parnassus Heights before Cole Valley.
