The Inner Sunset in San Francisco is a wonderful neighborhood with an eclectic mix of single-family homes, condos, and unit buildings. It is home to a diverse population of students, blue-collar workers, and professionals, many of whom work with or for the UCSF medical campuses that are in the neighborhood, tucked underneath Sutro tower and hill.

A fellow Zephyr agent, Gary Small, has a wonderful condo for sale in the neighborhood that is just steps from the Big Rec fields of Golden Gate Park, a spot that is incredibly popular with kids, families, ball players, dog walkers, and any urban dweller looking for a little escape in the middle of the city. It is also just a short walk from the California Academy of Sciences, the DeYoung museum, and the N-Judah streetcar. All in all, this Inner Sunset condo has a lot going for it.

The one downside to this Inner Sunset condo is that it is located along a busy street, 7th Ave. On the plus side, the city has recently revamped traffic flow on the street, with an aim towards “traffic calming.”
